Cancellation & Rescheduling terms and conditions

  1. If Cancellations are made five days or more in advance of booked session date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
  2. A refund is not applicable if cancellations are made four days or less from the booked session date.
  3. You can reschedule your session free of charge upon the availability of the new slots on the website.
